  • PIN插入可作直插或L型90°彎角。
  • 最多可一次單排插10支端子。

  • 機台採用插卡式模具，只須更換產品的卡式模具，快速方便。
  • 機台有刻溝裝置，增強拉力。另外亦配置了
    自動斷線、無料及自動計數偵測功能。
  • PIN插入可作直插，或L型90°彎角。
  • 圓針、方針和扁針皆適用。
  • 最多可一次雙排插20支端子。
  • Design as per user's requests or connect with their production line.
  • Adopted "Mold Card" system, it is easy for exchange different type of mold by removing & inserting particular "mold card".
  • Equipped with crimping device that enhances retention force. Also adopted "Auto detector for pin bent", "detector for no wire" & "counter" for easy work monitoring.
  • Straight or "L" shape pin bending insertion can be made.
  • Applicable for Round, Square and Flat pin wire.
  • Two rails pin insertion, maximum 20 pins insertion per cycle.
